We maintain open and honest communication. We ensure that our shift change reports are accurate and timely. When necessary, we promptly contact the manager, nurse, and family members of the residents. Additionally, we meticulously maintain the accuracy of our MARS, including incident reports, vital signs, weights, and other crucial information.
